The training is designed to enable members of the Election Committee to plan and conduct the Works Council election in a legally secure, transparent, and efficient manner. It covers all relevant steps and legal foundations\u2014from the preparation of the election and drafting of the election notice to the counting of votes and certification of results.<\/p>\n

The training will explain the election procedures for the regular or simplified elections, highlight the most frequent practical difficulties, and provide concrete examples and templates to facilitate the Committee\u2019s work.<\/p>\n
