Studied business administration at the Free University of Berlin, specializing in “Commercial and Corporate Law” and “International and National Corporate Publicity”. Since 2015, she has been working as a consultant at Gesellschaft für Innovation, Beratung und Service mbH, Berlin (G.IBS mbH) with the following focus areas:

• Change in operations pursuant to § 111 WCA, reconciliation of interests and social plan
• company remuneration systems
• Support for economic committees
• Data protection, co-determination in performance and behavior monitoring
• Digitalization and Industry 4.0, strategy and processes

She acts as an expert in conciliation committees and as an expert for trade unions.

In addition, she coordinates employee-oriented research projects with universities and project partners (see research projects) and is an associate member of the junior research group “Perspectives on co-determination in holistic production systems” of the Hans Böckler Foundation at the Friedrich Schiller University, Jena.
