We advise works councils and staff representatives on the planning and implementation of risk assessments in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (§5 ArbSchG) and support them throughout the process of assessing psychological stress in the workplace.
We enable employee representatives to assess the economic situation of the company. Based on this, they consider courses of action, develop employee-oriented perspectives, and negotiate corresponding concepts with the employer.
We provide consulting on the development of company-specific compensation regulations as well as the implementation of collective bargaining topics. Other areas of focus include performance evaluations, target agreements, and bonus systems.
