At G.IBS, we are a consulting and training provider for works councils with over 40 years of experience. All seminars are held in English and tailored to the needs of international works councils operating in Germany. Participants benefit from practical, hands-on training in small groups, modern seminar facilities, comprehensive materials, and professionally prepared bilingual legal resources.
Our programme includes four foundational modules (BR 1–4). BR 1 is the essential starting point and should be completed before attending the advanced modules. Modules BR 2 to BR 4 build on this foundation and can then be attended in a flexible order, depending on your needs. In addition, we offer selected seminars on occupational safety and health, finance committee work, and co-determination in IT and AI.
All seminars take place in Berlin (Kreuzberg), at the IG Metall building, Alte Jakobstraße 149.
Registration forms and templates for works council resolutions and employer cost approval are available after your registration. If you need support with the resolution process or encounter difficulties with cost approval, please do not hesitate to contact us.
For larger groups, we continue to recommend our in-house formats as a more cost- and time-efficient alternative.
