Booking of open Trainings
We process personal data that you provide to us in the context of your training registration in order to process the registration and conduct the training.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Where you voluntarily provide us with additional information (e. g. regarding cost assumption or referral source), we process this data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Where your voluntary information allows conclusions to be drawn about health, religion or other special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9(1) GDPR, processing takes place exclusively on the basis of your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
After conclusion of the training and full settlement of all related transactions, your personal data will be erased, unless statutory retention obligations preclude erasure.
If you submit a registration to us, the following information will be collected:

- Telephone number
Optional information
- Role within the works council or severely disabled persons’ representative body (SBV) (e. g. chairperson, deputy chairperson, committee member, substitute member, SBV representative) (please note: indicating the role “SBV” may allow conclusions to be drawn about health status or severe disability and will therefore only be processed on the basis of your explicit consent within the meaning of Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR)

- Voluntary information entered in the free-text field of the registration form (e. g. dietary requirements or special needs) (where such information allows conclusions to be drawn about health, religion or other special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9(1) GDPR, it will only be processed on the basis of your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR)
- Information relating to cost assumption by the employer (e. g. invoice address, cost centre) – only where provided by you
We use your personal data to process your training registration and booking, to correspond with you, and to invoice our services following completion of the training. We also process your data to the extent necessary to ensure the secure and reliable operation of our IT systems – for example where you contact us with a support enquiry.
